Refund & Returns Policy

Your satisfaction and a transparent shopping experience are important to us.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order details is required.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchange only in the following case:

  • Wrong product received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Customized or special-order items

4. Return Shipping

Customers may need to bear return shipping charges unless:

  • A wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is defective

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another agreed method.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or wallet after verification.
