We currently ship to serviceable locations across India through third-party courier and logistics partners.

Delivery availability may depend on the serviceability of the customer’s PIN code and the operational coverage of our courier partners.

Orders are generally delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural events, government restrictions, local disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Aurefa Herbal will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delayed shipments but cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once an order has been handed over to the courier partner.

  1. Free Shipping

Aurefa Herbal currently provides free shipping on all orders across serviceable locations in India. No separate shipping charge is added to the customer’s order at checkout.

Free shipping is subject to delivery availability and PIN code serviceability across India.

  1. Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders directly through the Order Tracking facility available on the Aurefa Herbal website.

To check the latest available order status, customers can enter the email address used while placing the order along with their order number on the Order Tracking page.

Tracking information becomes available after the order has been processed and relevant shipment details have been updated. In some cases, tracking updates may take additional time to appear due to courier system updates or operational delays.

  1. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, delivery address, PIN code, and active contact number.

Aurefa Herbal will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

If an address correction is requested after dispatch, the change will be subject to courier feasibility and cannot be guaranteed.

  1. Delivery Attempts and Return to Origin (RTO)

Customers are requested to remain available at the provided contact number and cooperate with reasonable delivery attempts.

An order may be returned to us if delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated non-response, refusal to accept the parcel, customer unavailability, or other customer-related reasons.

For prepaid orders returned due to customer-related delivery failure, any re-shipping request may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Any eligible refund for such an order will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.

  1. Delayed, Lost, or Misrouted Shipments

If a shipment is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or incorrectly routed by the courier partner, please contact Aurefa Herbal with your order details.

We will raise the matter with the relevant courier partner and make reasonable efforts to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Any replacement, re-shipment, or refund, where applicable, will be processed after reasonable verification of the order and shipping status and in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.

  1. Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Parcel

Customers should inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery whenever reasonably possible.

If the parcel appears visibly damaged, opened, resealed, or tampered with, the customer should refuse delivery where possible and immediately inform Aurefa Herbal.

For claims involving a damaged product, incorrect product, missing item, or suspected tampering, customers should contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate the matter, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging
  • Shipping label photographs
  • Photographs of the received product and contents
  • A clear, continuous parcel-opening video, where available

Claims will be reviewed based on the available evidence, order records, and courier information. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

  1. Courier and Delivery Partner Issues

Aurefa Herbal uses independent third-party courier and logistics providers for delivery.

Once a parcel has been handed over for shipment, certain transit operations are managed by the courier partner. However, customers should contact Aurefa Herbal for assistance regarding their order, and we will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the courier partner where necessary.

Aurefa Herbal is not responsible for delays caused solely by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, but genuine complaints relating to loss, damage, non-delivery, or incorrect delivery will be reviewed and handled in accordance with this policy, our Refund and Returns Policy, and applicable law.

  1. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Delivery may be delayed by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, floods, strikes, civil disturbances, government restrictions, transport disruptions, epidemics, technical failures, or other exceptional circumstances.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance and updated information where available.
